I am a regular patient of your orthodontics practice and I would like to thank you all for everything you have done to help me feel comfortable with my braces.  I received my braces in June of this year, and after each and every visit to your wonderful facility, I leave feeling great, knowing I am cared for by everyone that is a part of your team.  During each appointment, someone different works with me and everyone is extremely nice, making my visits as comfortable as possible. While the work that must be done is sensitive in nature, your folks are always as gentle as they can be on my teeth and praise me when I am cooperative.

I also would like to acknowledge the receptionists who always help my family and me arrange appointments at the end of each visit, and rearrange appointments when necessary. While I always make every effort to make my scheduled appointment, sometimes unplanned events or circumstances occur, and it is very comforting to know how flexible your schedule is when I have an urgent need.   I appreciate how generous you all are when it comes to giving me all the supplies I need to tend to my braces. It’s not every day you find a family-friendly business as nice and understanding as Todd H. Rankin Orthodontics.  Your team has not only met my expectations, but your evident dedication to exceptional patient care, comfort, and hospitality places you at the top of your profession in my eyes.  While I really look forward to the finished product being a beautiful smile, it is good to know that getting there will be nice as well.
